About the library

A talk is a beginning.

Some ideas deserve more room than a slide can give them. I created this library to turn my talks into visual essays you can read, explore, and return to.

In each exhibit, I offer a short overview, a guided chapter with interactive explanations, and a reading room of annotated research. I invite you to follow the whole story or begin with the question that interests you.

I’m Bennett Landman, Stevenson Chair of Engineering and University Distinguished Professor at Vanderbilt University, where I direct the Vanderbilt Lab for Immersive AI Translation (VALIANT). My research focuses on robust, scalable methods for medical image analysis, connecting engineering with clinical questions. More about my work ↗
